Program Development: Our program development services include defining client needs, preparing quality assurance and quality control documents, specification and standard reviews, administration, auditing and field inspections. Projects include both existing, and new programs.

Back Office Support: We provide administration as built and work management services for our clients on a long term or as-needed basis.

Technical Writing: We draw upon our broad range of quality assurance and contract administration experience to provide written guidelines and procedures, including attachments and checklists, with step-by-step details. This work is supported by interviews with subject matter experts to identify all key aspects of the process needing improvement or proceduralization.

Audit Assessments: Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, our investigations will serve the public and private sector markets. We will focus on the clients’ program requirements, as well as troubleshooting areas where a failure has occurred. Our reports will outline the description of the problem, the nature of the mechanism that has caused the failure, and a list of options for remedial action to preclude recurrence.


Inspections: We will provide prospective clients with field inspections of various utility electric, gas, water, telecommunication and sewer systems; as well as specific residential and commercial construction activities and general safety issues. We provide a written report of each inspection.
